KGA Client Portal — Android App
A native Android app for existing clients: sign in, submit service requests, and upload documents from your phone. This is an early release, not yet on the Google Play Store — please read the details below before installing.
You'll need an existing client portal account to sign in. Don't have one yet? Create one on the web portal first.
Before you install
This app is distributed directly as an APK file, not through the Google Play Store. Android will show an "install from unknown sources" prompt — this is expected for a direct install and not a warning about the app itself. You may need to tap "Install anyway" or enable the permission for your browser/file manager in Settings.
What to expect
This is an early release. It covers signing in, viewing and creating service requests, and uploading or downloading documents tied to a request. It has not yet been tested at scale — if you run into any issue, please let us know directly rather than assuming it's expected behaviour.
Android only, for now
There is no iOS version yet. iPhone users can use the same client portal at platform.kgautam.in directly in the browser.
